Hello...
Today I am going to share a simple technique to make a spinner card. These are great fun and very effective.
I have used the Candy Collection here but it will look great using any of the Craft Asylum ranges.
Materials:
White Card Blank
Adhesive Stones
1. To start cover the 6 x 6" card blank with the pink paper, matt and layer the turquoise and spotty paper.
2. Die-cut the Sweet Butterfly and piece together. Die-cut a scalloped circle frame using the Sizzix Framelits Scalloped Circle Die and the Circle Die. Die cut a smaller circle that fits inside as shown.
3. Adhere 3D foam pads to the back of the frame and circle and adhere to the centre of the card.
4. Take the butterfly and adhere a 5p piece to the back. Add a foam pad and adhere another 5p piece.
5. Place the 5p piece in between the circle and the frame and you have your spinner. The butterfly will now freely move around the circle.
You can try this with lots of the Craft Asylum dies as they are the perfect size for this type of project.
I would love to see any cards you make using this technique.
Have a lovely weekend.
Katie
